Multi-Site Growth & Turnaround
Bradley Helton has built, scaled, and operated some of the most demanding multi-site healthcare environments in the country. Across correctional healthcare, behavioral health, and outpatient addiction treatment, he has led organizations through growth, crisis, and transformation, taking on broken systems, building them from nothing, and leaving stronger operations behind. His career spans multiple companies, multiple states, and every level of complexity from early-stage startup to large-scale enterprise through the most operationally hostile period in modern healthcare history.
What separates Bradley from traditional healthcare executives is a combination most organizations rarely find in one person: enterprise operational discipline and founder-stage urgency. He built and scaled a multi-state addiction treatment organization from the ground up, which means he has held every seat in the house, not just the top one. He brings that same ownership mentality into every leadership role he takes, whether he's stabilizing a broken system, rebuilding a culture, or scaling an operation under pressure.
His three years running healthcare ops inside correctional facilities, during the height of COVID-19 and against the backdrop of national nursing shortages and a healthcare infrastructure in crisis, are proof of concept. That environment doesn't forgive poor systems, weak leadership, or slow decisions. He delivered. That standard is now the baseline he holds every operation to.
Bradley leads with transparency, operational discipline, and a deep belief that sustainable organizations are built on people first. A Louisville native and long-term recovery advocate who measures a win by what's still standing after he walks away.
Outside of work, I'm a father first. Best title I've ever held, and the one I most want to get right. Weekends are for family, the outdoors, and good friends. I also spend time volunteering with people experiencing homelessness downtown Louisville. It keeps me grounded in what matters.
Sustainable organizations are built on strong people systems and measurable accountability. The best operations run on culture first, process second.
